CIM GmbH employs both generalists and specialists. Teams consisting of engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, physicists and business people work together to satisfy the demands of the customer. Our teams have the experience and expertise required to bring projects to a fast and successful conclusion.

Our logistics advisers have long and successful project experience in the area of warehouse management systems. They work together with the customer to create optimal solutions. We submit proposals and provide a clear, compelling offer that details both business processes and relevant hardware systems such as MDE equipment, servers and printers.

In cooperation with the customer, the offer is documented in detail. Project milestones are defined and a detailed specification document drawn up, complete with process and flow diagrams. This document serves as a basis for the installation. Each project is assigned a dedicated team to oversee the installation and implement adaptations as required. The team leader stands by to offer help and support until the handover to the support department.
