Honeybees manage their actions by communicating in the range of chemical and mechanical senses. Unselfish actions of the single bees serve the welfare of the group and the development of their work. On one side they need cooperation, which means the common execution of a task. Job sharing on the other side prevents overlapping actions. This results in simple, modular and functional perfect designed structures (honeycombs).
