Internet capability

Our warehouse management system optimises continuity in supply chain management. Our products can be integrated in an existing system environment using state-of-the-art communication technology. Programmed entirely in Java, our warehouse management solution can control several automated distribution centres. Our system perfects the internet integration of the logistics chain. Parameterised interfaces have been designed for ERP systems. In addition we are a certified partner for SAP/R3.

Off the-shelf software

Standard functions and modular design are important features of our software products. Modern software architecture allows the system to be easily upgraded, regardless of customisations made. This results in significant reduction of the costs for software-updates.

Consulting

We advise our customers regarding the use of loading equipment such as shelf access devices, shuttle systems, pick-by-light or pick-by-voice systems. We also compile the customer requirements and specification documents.

Projects

Warehouse management systems are implemented by an experienced project team. The team is lead by a skilled project manager, who is also the contact person for the customer after implementation.

Support

The CIM customer support team is available to assist the customer during installation and for continued system support via RDT. Preventative maintenance helps to identify and eliminate system errors with minimum impact on the system. By participating in training courses customers obtain the ability to make simple changes to configurations and software without having to order program customisations.
