Internet-capable solutions
Our warehouse management system is optimized on the continuity of the supply chain. We integrate our products into an existent system environment by using state-of-the-art information and communication technology. We have programmed our warehouse management solution completely in Java. Therewith it controls smoothly automated distribution centres. The internet integration of the logistics supply chain is accomplished. Above all we provide ERP-interfaces which are fully parametrizable. In addition we are a certified partner for SAP/R3.
Off the-shelf software
We set store by standard functions and modular design of our software products. The software is release-capable even while you arrange software adaptations under operating conditions. This results in significant cost savings for software-updates.
Consulting
We consult our customers about the use of loading equipment like shelf access equipment, shuttle-systems, pick-by-light or pick-by-voice systems. We also compile customer and product requirement specification.
Projects
We implement warehouse management systems in collaboration with an experienced project team. The team is leaded by a skilful project manager. He we will also be at your disposal as your contact person after the implementation.
Support/ preventive maintenance
The customer service centre of CIM supports you during the implementation via digital remote access connection (modem or router). Your system will be supervised 24x7. System errors will be eliminated before a system failure will occur (preventive maintenance). Regular trainings enable our customer to change parameter and software easily without any additional computer programs.
