PROLAG®World
PROLAG®World warehouse-management:
8 elements of a WMS
Forklift routing system
PROLAG®World works with mobile or stationary data capture devices. These include: PDA (personnel data wizard), personnel computer, notebook, tablet PC or radio-controlled scanner. At picking, storage, production supply or retrieval, the warehouse employee is guided by his terminal, on an optimised route, through the warehouse. Functions such as stocktaking, double cycles, direct storage and the transfer of pallets at meeting areas, from production to the warehouse, and vice versa, are controlled by PROLAG®World.
Shipping system
The shipping system offers the user simple and concise handling. Optional connections to the common CEP service providers, as well as forwarding agents, accelerate the shipping process and reduce shipment errors.
Hazardous materials system

Data converter
The PROLAG®World converter is responsible for the conversion of files from one file format to another. The communication between the sender and receiver runs in the background. Data can be transferred in both directions.
Material flow control
The material flow control integrates the control and administration of automatic storage systems, such as small parts storage, high shelf storage, lift systems, Shuttles, sorters or conveyor technology, within PROLAG®World.
Production logistics system
The production logistics system controls the production supply and collection. It handles components as well as semi-finished goods and maps the production steps for external processing. Using the bill of material management, production schedules are defined, as well as partial and finished products at different levels and assembly units. The PROLAG®World production logistics system also includes traceability for the food and chemical industries.
Transport system
The transport system schedules and optimises external routes and transport, booking of pallets to vehicles and appointing of transport routes.
Billing system
For Third party Logistics (3PL), not only are the different services carried out according to customer specifications, the invoices are also generated individually. In accordance with the 3PL service concept, the billing module allows for various customer-specific billing solutions.
