Warehouse Management with PROLAG®World
PROLAG®World consists of eight software modules, covering the full range of warehouse processes. These modules may be combines to form a custom warehouse management solution.
Warehouse Management System
The warehouse management system stores, relocates and retrieves stock for all business sectors. Optional and scalable modules provide easily implementable functional extensions.
Forklift routing system
The forklift routing system optimises order processing, warehouse routes and the flow of goods, and maintains communication with the portable data capture devices, such as pick-by-scan, pick-by-voice and pick-by-vision.
Shipping system
The shipping system identifies the correct service provider during picking, eliminates shipment errors and can interface with third party customs or Atlas systems.
Hazardous materials system
The hazardous materials system manages all data for the storage and transport of dangerous goods, monitoring in the warehouse and during transport – printing of documents (ADR 2009, etc).
Data converter
The data converter converts all formats efficiently and correctly, interfacing with SAP, Infor, proALPHA, MS Dynamics, etc.
Material flow control
The material flow control integrates the control and administration of automatic storage systems within PROLAG®World.
Production logistics system
The production logistics system controls the production supply and collection. It handles components as well as semi-finished goods and maps the production steps for external processing. Using the bill of material management, production schedules are defined, as well as partial and finished products at different levels and assembly units. The PROLAG®World production logistics system also includes traceability for the food and chemical industries.
Transport system
The transport system - schedules and optimises external routes and transport, booking of pallets to vehicles and appointing of transport routes.
Billing system
The billing system - daily storage costs, stock movements, locations and services can be invoiced.
