The project manager leads a team that accompanies you through the course of the project, providing a single-point of contact until handover to the support team.
Our experienced support engineers are familiar with all projects, becoming involved during the pre-delivery testing of the system. Once acceptance has been received, detailed documentation is provided and the system is handed over,
Under the maintenance and customer-care contract, your system is routinely checked and proactively maintained. This helps to prevent any problems before they can occur. Should there be any disruption to the system, our engineers respond rapidly to find and correct the problem. Using an electronic data connection, our support team are able to access your system remotely, thus enabling work to begin without delay.
