The ‘Articles ready for shipping’ module comes into effect when the goods are already packed. The employee scans the goods and the required labels are generated using a mobile or stationary printer. Once the labels have been attached, the parcel is ready for shipping. For maximum process flexibility, goods can still be channelled through the packing area even if the outer packaging is ready for shipping. This function optimises the shipping process, particularly in the e-commerce sector.
