Print archiving

The file name of the document comprises the following elements:

• Report name (such as delivery note, freight list or shipping label)
• Data key field (such as delivery order number, freight list number or packing unit ID)
• Sequential number (timestamp)
• Date of origin

The required printout can be found quickly based on the type of print and the key number.
