Mobile packing area

The mobile packing area is fully integrated into the PROLAG®Go picking app. It allows you to pack items using your mobile device, ‘moving’ the packing area to wherever in the warehouse you need it to be. The scanning system minimises packing and shipping errors. A further benefit is that all process steps are fully documented and easily traceable.
Mobile packing area
The mobile packing area provides the following functions:
  • Convert load unit to packing unit: To save time, load units that are ready for shipping can be converted to packing units.
  • Add items or a subset of items from a load unit to a packing unit.
  • Repack items or a subset of items from one packing unit to another.
  • Create new packing units with your mobile device.
  • Close packing units after entering the weight and other variable dimensions.
  • Display additional texts providing packing instructions.
  • You can also print PDF documents such as the delivery note, packing label or packing list.
