The first day was spent reviewing the company’s visions and how they can be applied in practice. We broke out into small groups to discuss the visions and document the various challenges they present. We were able to draw valuable conclusions in terms of how our visions could be adapted to be more applicable to everyday work situations.
The company’s visions continued to feature on day 2. One of the topics covered in the workshops was how usability impacts our customers’ day-to-day work. Based on a couple of examples from PROLAG, we carried out a before and after comparison between the ‘old’ system templates and the optimised templates for our new user interface.
Sustainability and internal communication provided additional points for discussion on day 2, and the CIMposium closed with an interesting round-up of what’s new at CIM.
A big thank you to everyone who took part, for the intensive and diverse exchange of ideas and the extremely positive feedback.
