With the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, the environmental standard ISO 14001:2015 and the data protection standard ISO/ICE 27001:2017, CIM GmbH guarantees its customers, partners and prospects the highest standards of collaboration. These high levels of excellence are set to continue, since the logistics software manufacturer has just been awarded renewed certification in all three areas for a further year.
As a leading provider of intralogistics systems, data and IT security are top priorities for us.
The ISO27001:2017 certification honours our efforts to minimise IT risks and establish security practices to better assure the data integrity and performance of our logistics suite.
A second key factor for us is to improve our products and services to provide the best possible support for our customers. ISO9001:2015 specifies the requirements for a quality management system and is the actual management system to which we’re certified.
ISO 9001 is the international standard which sets out the criteria for quality management systems based on a number of principles including continual improvement.
Environmental protection has also been a key element of our company philosophy since we were founded over 35 years ago. The ISO 14001 standard supports us in achieving legal certainty through compliance with legislation and regulations to ensure corporate due diligence, improve environmental performance and reduce environmental risks.
"We’re very pleased to have been certified again by a specialised external auditor from VISOCERT GmbH after a comprehensive auditing process in all three systems," says Michael Dietrich, quality management officer at CIM.
